Recovery Based Case Management Services

Services are provided to clients age six through the geriatric years. Case Management services include advocating for the clients and linking them with other services as needed, assessing problems the clients are having and monitoring them for improvement or deterioration in their problem areas. Clients are provided assistance in managing their finances, disability claims, housing, and transportation. Clients are accompanied to their appointments with the Psychiatrist or ARNP and medication compliance and side effects to meds are closely monitored. We provide extensive education to clients and their families including educational materials, safety, social, and parenting skills. We are also licensed to provide substance abuse counseling to clients diagnosed with both a mental health and a substance abuse disorder. These services are provided at the Apalachee office, at the local school, at the jail, and at the client's home with their written permission. We have frequent communication with client's primary care physicians, specialists, and/or other providers to ensure a quality continuity of care.

Psychiatric Services

Psychiatric evaluations and medication management services are provided to clients, both adult and children, as needed.

Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)

The TANF program aims to encourage personal responsibility by promoting work, reducing non-marital births and strengthening the reunification of the family. TANF clients do not have insurance and must meet income guidelines, have a child under the age of 19 years of age, and be employed or be looking for employment. We work very closely with their family members and anyone else actively involved in their care.

Welcome to Apalachee's Madison County Outpatient Center.

We understand the special circumstances that each child, adult or family faces. Our caring staff tirelessly devotes their days to ensure that each person counting on us - small child to aging adult - receives the services that he/she deserves.

We currently provide case management, psychological rehab, psychiatric/medication management, and substance abuse services as well as temporary assistance to Needy Family (TANF).

Thank you for your interest in the Apalachee Madison Outpatient office.
