Greetings from Apalachee's Liberty County Outpatient staff. At our location, we provide Psychiatric Medication, Case Management, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation services. Our Recovery Specialists are available Monday thru Friday, from 8 a. m. to 5 p.m. Our focus is on recovery. All services provided by the recipient and staff. our Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program strive to provide consumers with knowledge and services that they can use and apply in their daily lives.
