Interns
Apalachee Center, Inc. offers a broad range of outpatient, inpatient, and residential behavioral healthcare services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness making it possible to offer a variety of internship/practicum training opportunities to both Undergraduate and Graduate students attending the local universities and colleges within and surrounding the city of Tallahassee.
The possible placements include Outpatient Recovery Services, Inpatient Services, and Residential Services.
Depending upon one's educational background and training, the Center's intern recruitment specialist can assist each student in finding just the right fit. Commonly available intern positions include Social Work Intern, Psychological Services Intern and Recovery Specialist Intern.
