FACT Unit
FACT is a comprehensive community based treatment program designed to help clients succeed in the community. The purpose of FACT is to provide intensive treatment, rehabilitation and support services to clients in their homes, on the job, and in social settings.
The FACT program goals are designed to meet basic needs and enhance quality of life, support independent living, increase community involvement and activity, and to assist clients in obtaining employment, educational opportunities and volunteer experiences.
The FACT program is able to financially assist clients in meeting their basic needs. The FACT team is available 24 hours a day to assist clients with a crisis or an emergency.
FACT TEAM
Welcome to FACT [Florida Assertive Community Treatment]. FACT is a community based program designed to meet the needs of individuals with long standing mental health and substance abuse issues who have been unable to adequately receive support through the traditional mental health system. FACT provides support to individuals to enable them to live and work independently in their community. Support and services are based on individually determined needs and goals of each person receiving services. FACT staff provide a variety of services including vocational services, therapy, psychiatric medication services and are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week for crisis support.
